LOS ANGELES — Local sustainable fashion brand Kent has come up with a solution to the problem of what to do with old underwear.

Founder Stacy Grace wanted to create a product that could be fully composted at the end of its life. Her plantable undergarments and basics made from certified organic Pima cotton can be returned to the earth to create nutrient-rich soil.

The company also offers a compost club for those without access to a compost bin.
